WebBuddy Affiliate Bonus Program: Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Registration: Participants must register and be approved for the WebBuddy Affiliate Program to qualify for the bonus program.
• Qualifying Purchases: To be eligible for commissions and tier bonuses, the referred client must:
  1. Purchase one of the following hosting plans:
     • Cloud Hosting Plan
     • Business Hosting Plan
     • OR “Your Client’s Make a single order of at least 7,000 BDT on WebBuddy services.”

2. Bonus Qualification Criteria

• Tier 1: Refer 5 clients.
• Tier 2: Refer 10 clients.
• Tier 3: Refer 20 clients.
• Tier 4: Refer 40 clients.
• Tier 5: Refer 50 clients (with ongoing commissions for additional clients).

3. Commission & Bonus Structure

• Tier 1:
  • Commission: 10% of the total amount paid by referred clients.
  • Bonus: $35 USD upon achieving Tier 1.
• Tier 2:
  • Commission: 10% of the total amount paid by referred clients.
  • Bonus: Additional $75 USD upon achieving Tier 2.
• Tier 3:
  • Commission: 10% of the total amount paid by referred clients.
  • Bonus: Additional $160 USD upon achieving Tier 3.
• Tier 4:
  • Commission: 15% of the total amount paid by referred clients.
  • Bonus: Additional $400 USD upon achieving Tier 4.
• Tier 5:
  • Commission: 20% of the total amount paid by referred clients, including ongoing commissions for each additional client referred beyond 50.
  • Bonus: Additional $500 USD upon achieving Tier 5, plus VIP benefits.
  • You Will Now Get 20% Commision From Your Previous All Client’s Who Renew The Service With Us.

4. Referral Validation

• Definition: A “referral” is defined as a new client who uses the affiliate’s unique link to purchase a qualifying product/service (Cloud Hosting, Business Hosting, or Email Hosting) or makes a minimum purchase of 7,000 BDT in a single order.
• Active Status: The referral must remain active (i.e., not cancel their plan) for a minimum of 60 days to qualify.

5. Program Duration

• Affiliates can continue referring clients and earning commissions without any time restrictions.

6. Fraud Prevention

• Prohibited Activities: Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or misleading promotions, will disqualify the affiliate from the program.
• Right to Investigate: WebBuddy reserves the right to investigate and revoke bonuses if fraud is suspected.

7. Bonus Disbursement

• Verification: Bonuses will be paid out within 60 days after verification of referral milestones.
• Payment Method: Payments will be made via the affiliate’s registered payment method on file.

8. Program Changes

• Modification Rights: WebBuddy reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program and its terms at any time with prior notice.
